On Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, with the presence of Professor Dr. Lazgin Abdi Jamil, the President of the University of Zakho, and the members of the university council, the research lab of Computational Cognitive NeuroPsychology (CCNP) opened its door to the UoZ and global research community.
It is worth mentioning that the CCNP research lab is the first of its kind in both the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, where diverse groups of researchers are joining to collaboratively think and solve the real-world problems in both industry and society, using the multidisciplinary research methodology.
After demonstrating some open-projects of the lab, Dr. Ismael Ali-the principal of the CCNP lab stated his appreciation to the UoZ president and his vice presidents for their continuous support and encouragement toward the excellence of the research in the UoZ.
